Come join us on Monday nights at the Student Recreation Center from 5-6 p.m. as we dance! In this class we will use dance as exercise. All you have to do is follow along to the moves and energetic music!

Are you a student interersted in unlimted Fitness Classes until 6/30? Purchase a $15 FitPass here. Starting 7/1 all group fitness classes will be free for students. 

Non-student Rec members can attend classes as part of their membership for no additional cost. It is not required to register in advance, but you can let us know you plan to attend by registering ahead on myrec.niu.edu.

Not a member? Join today! 

Not a student or a Rec member? You are welcome to attend class as a drop in. Purchase a one-class pass on myrec.niu.edu or in-person before class at the Welcome Desk at the Recreation Center.  

Single Class Pass: Students $5, Non-students $8 

Classes are available to register 14 days from the date of class.
