Dance the night away with our exciting Dance Fitness class! 

Enjoy your workout while dancing to various musical genres. Combining dance rhythms with fitness variations, you'll get a great cardiovascular workout while learning new dance styles. 

This class can be taken virtually! Anyone can join the class, no membership or Fit Pass needed. 

Classes are available to register 14 days from the date of class.  

Non-Student Members Register for classes on Fusion. 

Students can purchase a semester Fit Pass for unlimited Group Fitness classes. 

Not a student or a member, want to drop in? Purchase a one class pass advance on Fusion or in person before class at the Welcome Desk at the Recreation Center.  
Single Class Pass Students $5/Non-students $8
