A wellness take on “wreck rooms,” this activity-based workshop is aimed to help you build the skill of letting go of worries and stressful thoughts. Not only will you bash and smash your worries away, you'll learn to create art with this experience. Attendees will be able to take home helpful strategies and a personalized art piece of their creation.
