A.S.K. Like a Huskie is a free, one-hour, mental health support training for all. We recognize that talking about mental health can be tough. Know that we are here to help provide you with the skills and knowledge to confidently and effectively support a friend, loved one or colleague with their mental health concerns. 

In this one-hour workshop, you will learn about three simple steps to talk about mental health. Those steps are: acknowledge, support, keep in touch. Our workshop is interactive with multiple activities to practice these skills and receive feedback. We will also provide you with resources and helpful tips for enhacing your support.
