Coping Skills Workshop (in-person)

Come join the Counseling team as we practice and learn skills for coping with the difficult emotions that can arise during stressful times. In these 1-hour workshops, students will learn how to apply specific coping strategies and skills for dealing with life’s challenges in a healthy way.
