Hey Huskies!  Are you graduating in May?  If so, make sure you join us for Gradpalooza, a celebratory event where you can participate in fun activities, learn more about our commencement ceremony and connect with other graduating Huskies. Family and friends are welcome to attend!

• Capture memorable moments with NIU's photographers ready to snap photos with Mission, Victor E. Huskie, NIU President Lisa Freeman, and Executive Vice President and Provost Laurie Elish-Piper. Feel free to bring or wear your cap and gown! Grad Images will also be in attendance to take formal cap and gown photos that can be purchased at a later date.

• Decorate your grad cap at our special station. Whether you want to go bold with glitter, keep it classy with calligraphy, or add a personal touch with meaningful symbols, we’ve got you covered.

• Check out the NIU Alumni Association. Graduate cords are available for a $10 donation and Class of 2025 shirts are available for purchase. Graduate cords are also available to prepurchase and can be picked up during Gradpalooza. You can also visit the NIU bookstore to purchase grad signs and gear.

• Share your gratitude with your favorite professor or NIU staff member and write a note of encouragement for incoming students at our notes table.

• Enjoy cake and snacks as we celebrate you!

• Stop by our know-before-you-go information table for any questions about our commencement ceremony, logistics, accessing/transferring tickets, etc. We’ll have staff available to answer questions and assist you.
