Here's how our writing retreats work:
1. Join the meeting via Teams. At the beginning of the retreat, everyone shares what project they're working on and what they hope to accomplish. 
2. Everyone works on their individual projects while motivating each other and holding each other accountable. 
3. At the end, everyone shares what they accomplished.
