Dr. James Allen, graduate in educational design from NIU, has taught visual literacy/cartoon-based learning grad courses for teachers and presented at conferences using the SSUP3 model.

The SSUP3 cartoon-based learnina model was derived from his dissertation research tool while at NIU. He is developing an online course to teach educators how to use the SSUP3 model in the classroom and is based on his new book:

Dr. Allen will be guiding participants through the SSUP3 model to help them improve their storytelling abilities.
