C3 De-escalation® – Part 2: Applying Concepts (NEW)
Part two focuses on leading with empathy, equity and dignity, along with understanding the stages of escalation and how to head it off. A significant focus will be on understanding anger versus hostility, planning for self and workplace, and bringing the pieces of C3 De-Escalation together. Prerequisite: C3 De-escalation® – Part 1: Theory required.
