• The values that are important to you, 
• The knowledge, skills, and work traits you’ve developed through your education, employment, and other key experiences, and
• The goals you are building towards.

In this interactive workshop, NIU students will collaborate with alumni volunteers to learn the ins and outs of branding - how to identify the elements of their brand, how to put it into a professional introduction, and how to use it for networking and career success.

By the end of the workshop students will be able to:

• Define branding and name the critical components.
• Translate important life experiences to elements of their own professional brand.
• Identify ways to promote their brand on social media and other settings.
