Building a Secondary/MS MTSS Framework that Works

Engage with other middle and high school staff looking to develop their MTSS framework for academics, behavior and mental health to better support the progress of students toward graduation and after. By reviewing current practices and assessing the needs of all students, the school will ensure comprehensive support for every student that fits the unique context of HS/MS. Each session includes breakout discussions, research-based content, strategies for integrating and application in your own school context. Participants will have access to online resources with MS/HS specific examples and tools to support team learning. ISBE PD Credits are available.
Topics include:
- Evaluating an MTSS framework.
- Using an Early Warning System efficiently.
- Developing time-saving teaming and data-based decision making protocols.
- Selecting and using evidence-based instructional practices to support students across content areas.
- Addressing students’ attendance and mental health needs.
- Creating supportive schedules and intervention planning times.

Cost = $630 per person for 9 sessions and Team discount of 10% off each additional person (after EB), Early Bird Discount (15%) before 8/15
