Allergy-Friendly Cooking Class: Pesto Pasta
Do you want to learn new cooking skills while making a recipe using ingredients free from gluten and the top 9 allergens? Then join NIU's Nutrition Team for a beginner-friendly, hands-on cooking class! Our instructor will guide you as you make Pesto Pasta while practicing food allergy safety precautions. Come hungry and ready to cook. Limited space is available for this class.
This recipe features gluten free pasta, pesto sauce made from seeds and fresh herbs, choice between chicken or roasted chickpeas, and finished with fresh tomatoes and dairy-free parmesan cheese!
