Achieving Excellence in Recruiting: Reducing Implicit Bias in Search Committees. This training is for those who will participate in a faculty or staff search. Major goals of the training are to provide strategies and best practices for attracting a diverse applicant pool; provide a better understanding of how unconscious bias can have an impact on employee recruiting and; to provide improved comprehension of how unconscious bias can negatively impact how we evaluate applicants.
