Navroz is celebrated annually on March 21 as the Persian New Year. It coincides with spring's first day, which helps emphasize its representation of new beginnings, new life, and a fresh start. It's celebrated by many South Asians globally, but especially in those Asian countries that were along the Silk Road. At OHANA, not only would students learn about the holiday, they could also participate is Navroz activities like egg coloring and making the "seven S's" table
