The Asian American Resource Center is in the process of planning our 3rd Annual Cultural Immersion Trip to Manzanar (Located in Lone Pine, California) from Wednesday May 15th to Thursday May 23rd. The Manzanar War Relocation Center was one of ten sites where the U.S. government incarcerated Japanese American citizens during World War II. Student will gain the opportunity to explore and learn about this historical site, as well as several areas regarding AAPI history.
