A Balanced Approach to Graduate School: Mindfulness and Wellbeing Strategies

**ONLINE ** Graduate school is challenging and can make it difficult to balance coursework and other responsibilities (i.e., family, employment), particularly self-care. Focusing on you, this day-long event will include 6 sessions on mindfulness and other wellbeing strategies, blending physical activities with practices that can help you reduce your stress, feel more productive, and move toward your degree with a more positive outlook. Join presenters as they share stretching and breathing techniques, time management tips, and other practical approaches to surviving graduate school.
