Please join PCORE for our annual Diversity and Inclusion Summit which will begin with a keynote address by Katherine S. Cho, Ph.D. titled "The Precarity and Pursuit of our Own Existence," beginning at 1:30 p.m., followed by the presentation of our Deacon Davis Award ceremony at 2:30 p.m.

Keynote address abstract: As both a critical reflection of the current context and collective imaginary toward beyond, this keynote weaves together the broader conversations related to racialized organizations, institutional mechanics and anticipatory labor to ask the question, “Where do we go from here?” This keynote offers insight regarding the precarities, possibilities and pursuit as we continue to exist as our intersectional selves. 

Immediately following the keynote, we will congratulate our very deserving winners of the 2025 Deacon Davis Awards including: Gudrun Nyunt, Kianna Graves, Linh Nguyen, Tawanda Paul and the Black Business Students Association (BBSA).

Students, staff, faculty and members of the community are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
