Warm and tangy egg lemon soup simmered with long grain rice and garnished with lemon and parsley.
Spanakopita
Freshly baked pastry stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach served with a slice of tomato and a drizzle of olive oil.
ENTRÉES
Chicken with Figs and Mint
Savory chicken breasts topped with a fig and mint sauce served with sautéed green beans.
Greek Orzo Stuffed Peppers
Crisp and colorful red and yellow pepper halves stuffed with orzo, chickpeas, and feta cheese served with sautéed green beans.
DESSERTS
Honey Cheese Pie
Honey and ricotta cheese creamed and served together with whipped cream and a lemon twist.
Greek Chocolate Nut Cake
Exquisite semisweet chocolate cake with chopped walnuts served with a chocolate drizzle and dried apricots.
TABLE ITEM
Each table will be served a cool and fresh cucumber dip with toasted pita thins.
