Ellington’s offers exciting, fresh, three-course menus. Price of a full meal is $10.00 including beverages and tips. Reservations are recommended. Menu options for this date include:


Mexican Pork and Bean Soup
Pork, tomatoes, and pinto beans in a chicken broth flavored with Mexican spices.

Jicama y Ensalada de Frutas Plate
Crisp jicama, mango, papaya, and honeydew tossed in lime juice and sprinkled with chili.


Turkey Mole
Broiled turkey smothered in a chocolate mole served with Arroz a la Mexicana (Mexican Rice) and vegetarian refried beans in a crisp tortilla shell.

Chiles Rellenos Gratin
Poblano peppers stuffed with a mixture of corn, onions, black beans, and queso fresco baked in a zesty white sauce topped with cheesy bread crumbs served with Arroz a la Mexicana (Mexican Rice) and vegetarian refried beans in a crisp tortilla shell.


Tres Leches Cake
A homemade delicate cake made with three milks and topped with fresh whipped cream.

Grilled Pineapple with Coconut and Lime
Lime caramelized pineapple topped with toasted coconut and lime zest.

Tart Mango Salsa and Tortilla Chips
Homemade salsa combining tart tomatillos with sweet mangos, pineapple juice, peppers, and onions. Served with tortilla chips.
