Starters

Sweet Potato & Parsnip Latkes with a Ginger Sour Cream

Savory pancakes composed of shredded sweet potatoes and parsnips provide a modern spin on the commonly known potato latkes. These modern latkes are baked until crisp and golden, and then are drizzled with a freshly grated ginger sour cream.

Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage & Fennel Slaw

Lemon, mustard, and vinegar bring traditional flavors to this German salad; which is paired with finely shredded red cabbage and the unique and unexpected flavor of thinly shredded fennel.

Entrees

Weiner Schnitzel with a Lemon Caper Sauce

An Oktoberfest staple! Thinly pounded veal cutlets are breaded and fried until crisp and golden, and served alongside a tangy lemon caper sauce. Authentic German potato salad pairs with the Wiener schnitzel; which is loaded with mustard, bacon, and green onion.

Mixed Vegetable Goulash served over Spaetzel

A vegetarian twist on customary beef goulash, this rich and hearty stew is loaded with mushrooms, onions, veggie sausage, and traditional seasonings like caraway seeds and paprika. The goulash is finished with sour cream and served on top of a bed of German dumplings, known as spaetzel.

Desserts

Schwarzwälder Kirsch Cupcake

Also known as a Black Forest Cupcake, this dessert is loaded with a tart cherry brandy known as Kirsch. The composition of the cupcake is a Kirsch chocolate cake, filled with a tart cherry Kirsch filling, then topped with a whipped chocolate buttercream.

Apple Bavarian Torte

Inspired by the Bavarian region of Germany; a freshly baked creamy vanilla cheesecake is crowned with juicy cinnamon apples, and paired with a caramel drizzle and dollop of freshly whipped cream.

Table Item

Bavarian Pretzels with Spicy Brown Mustard

A long established symbol of Oktoberfest, these freshly baked oversized pretzels are given a kick of spice by a dipping sauce of spicy brown mustard.
