Ellington’s offers exciting, fresh, three-course menus. Price of a full meal is $10.00 including beverages and tips. Reservations are recommended. Menu options for this date include:

STARTERS

Creamy Asparagus Soup
A fresh, creamy asparagus puree garnished with a sour cream design is a great choice to start a spring time lunch

Almond Strawberry Salad
A bed of baby spinach leaves topped 
 

ENTRÉES

Lemon and Prosciutto Stuffed Pork Loin Roast
Roasted, flavorful pork loin layered with prosciutto and lemon complimented with a delicious sauce made from the pork loin drippings served with garlic-roasted potatoes

Mushroom Spinach Frittata with Smoked Gouda
Sautéed mushrooms and spinach baked in eggs and smoked Gouda makes this a great choice for a light and earthy meal also served with garlic-roasted potatoes
 

DESSERTS

Lemon-Lime Pound Cake
A savory and sweet lemon-lime pound cake perfect for spring served with a lemon-lime glaze
 

Strawberry Rhubarb Parfait
Seasonal spring fruits layered with vanilla yogurt is refreshing and decadent 

 

TABLE ITEM

Each table will be served carrot hummus that are dipped with vegetable sticks
