STARTERS
Borscht (Vegetarian)
Thick, hearty and filled with delicious root vegetables such as beets, carrots, and turnips, onions and tomatoes. Topped with a dollop of sour cream and dill.
Eggplant Caviar (Vegetarian)
A medley of roasted eggplant, tomatoes, onion, green peppers with lemon juice and salt
& pepper seasoning. Served with pita chips.
ENTRÉES
Beef Stroganoff
A Russian Tradition: Tender sautéed beef strips, onions and mushrooms in a sour cream sauce on top of noodles. Served with a side of honey glazed tarragon carrots.
Pirozhki (vegetarian)
Light, flaky puff pastry filled with potatoes, cabbage, boiled eggs and dill.

DESSERTS
Pavlovas
Light, sweet egg white meringue topped with fresh strawberries soaked in orange juice garnished with whipped cream.
Orange Russian Cream
A smooth, sweet orange yogurt custard, served cold with a sprinkle of chocolate.
