Ellington’s offers exciting, fresh, three-course menus. Price of a full meal is $10.00 including beverages and tips. Reservations are recommended. Menu options for this date include:


Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms stuffed with a creamy crab filling and topped with parmesan and cheddar cheese and baked.

Red Pepper Tomato Bisque
A delicious puree of tomatoes and red pepper with a hint of basil.


Honey Dijon Mustard Pork
Roasted pork chop complemented by a rich honey Dijon mustard sauce served with a cherry wild rice and almond broccolini.

Apricot Barley Bake
Diced apricots and golden raisins dot this barley casserole;
pine nuts and green onions help to create a wonderfully
delectable texture served with almond broccolini.


Star Fruit in Orange Sauce
Succulent star fruit slices cooked in orange juice and
coconut milk sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.

Chocolate Eruption Cake
Decadent dessert consisting of molten chocolate inside a chocolate cake topped with whip cream and a strawberry.


Rosemary Orange Corn Bread
Each table will be served rosemary orange corn bread with honey butter.
