STARTERS

Moroccan Chickpea Chili (vegetarian)

Hearty and meatless, this chili is packed with chickpeas, tomatoes, carrots, celery, and onions and flavored with authentic Moroccan spices.

 

Spicy Moroccan Bread Salad

Toasted to a crisp, this salad is flavored with garlic, celery, chickpeas, jarlsberg cheese, topped with slivered almonds.

 

ENTRÉES

Moroccan Chicken Tagine

This dish is a popular one in Moroccan cuisine. A tagine is a stew, slowly cooked with a blend of aromatic spices such as turmeric, cumin, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon.

 

Moroccan Couscous Stuffed Peppers (Vegetarian)

Couscous is a staple grain in Morocco, eaten with many dishes. Stuffed into these peppers is a hearty blend of couscous, dried fruit, fresh herbs, and crumbled chevre (goat) cheese.

 

DESSERTS

Oranges in Caramel and Cardamom Syrup

Tangy-sweet orange slices with caramel syrup, topped off with a dollop of honey, cardamom, and orange-flower water infused Greek yogurt.

 

Pumpkin Semolina Cake

This pudding-like pumpkin cake is served warm with lightly sweetened whipped crème.

This roasted creamy eggplant spread is served with toasted pita chips
