STARTERS

Chorizo Stuffed Mushrooms
Classic Spanish flavors meld in this appetizer that has been filled to the brim with chorizo, onions, and just a hint of spice.

Patatas De Aioli
In Spain, potato salad is often served at lunchtime. Per Spanish tradition, a kick of vinegar, tomatoes and garlic make this salad special.

ENTRÉES

Chicken Chorizo and Seafood Paella
Spain’s most traditional rice dish. A combination of rice, saffron, chicken, chorizo, shrimp, lobster, mussels, and clams all mixed with diced onions, red peppers and green peppers.

Spanish Vegetarian Frittata
This frittata has layers of roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, and roasted red peppers, topped with goat cheese and fresh herbs. Served with a mixed greens salad with a light vinaigrette.

DESSERTS

Cheesecake Flan
A creamy and rich custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top.

Baked Peaches with Pine Nuts
Peach halves are baked with white wine and just a little sugar until perfectly tender. This light dessert is served warm, topped with pine nuts and a scoop of Greek yogurt.

TABLE ITEM
Spanish Romesco Sauce
This smooth Spanish sauce is made from roasted red peppers as well as Almonds and Hazelnuts. It is served with slices of French baguette bread for dipping.
